Norsken found themselves in need of a project coordinator to efficiently organize their impactful Initiative known as Impact Week. Recognizing the significance of this undertaking, they sought an individual who has a passion for Impact and a strong understanding of startups and effectively manage and oversee the various aspects of the event. The role of the project coordinator would involve orchestrating the logistics, coordinating schedules, liaising with participants and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of all planned activities during Impact Week. By filling this crucial position, Norsken aimed to optimize the event's organization, ensuring its success and maximizing the positive impact it would have on participants and the wider community..
